没有硬性规定!
4...ami码的编码规则时，代码
的0仍变换为传输码的0，而把代码的1交替的变换为传输码的+1，-1，+1，-1…，也就说ami码是双极性的并且是半占空的
5...hdb3码，当没有4个以上连0时与ami码是完全相同的，当有4个以上连0时，主要掌握它的破坏节的两种形式：
000v,b00v。对于第一组4个连0应用000v取代，注意v的极性与前一个非零码的极性相同，遇到第二组4个连0时，看两组4个
连0间1的个数，如果是偶数个用b00v来取代，且b的极性与前一非零码的极性相反,v的极性与b的极性相同。若是奇数个1，
则用000v来取代，注意要保证码组中v的极性也是交替出现的
